The Shree Gangatharan Shivaperuman Temple Construction Committee & Sakti Foundation successfully organized the “Bumi Kal Pathital Vaibavam” ceremony at the site of the new temple on Jalan Bagan 1. The event commenced with a Ganapathi Pooja and Homam rituals.

The filling work began at 11 a.m. and was graced by several distinguished guests:

• YB Kelvin, State Assemblyman for Bagan Dalam
• Dato Seri R. Arunasalam
• Dato Parthiban, Chairman of the Penang Indian Chamber of Commerce
• Datuk Dhina, Chairman of MIC Penang State
• Mr. Sri, Temple Construction Engineer

The guests were warmly welcomed by the Temple Chairman, Mr. Sivakumar. Prayers were offered for the smooth completion of the temple’s construction, seeking the blessings of Lord Shiva.
